The Model 2000 combines an accessible work space and a 5 cubic foot, 20" diameter chamber in a bench top model that has all the features of our larger systems. The magnetically levitated turbomolecular pump is capable of evacuating the chamber from complete shutdown (atmosphere) to high vacuum in 10 minutes, saving valuable lab time.

The Model 2600 is a 26" diameter, scaled-down version of the Model 3600, featuring an open-architecture frame and a cryopump for high vacuum pumping.

Inspired by the traditional Bell Jar design, The Model V30 features a vertical chamber with a 30" diameter. A motorized hoist lifts the stainless steel chamber allowing full 360° access to the platen. A very useful option is the faceted feedthrough collar which can accommodate up to 19 separate feedthroughs.

Many access ports make the Model 3600 our most popular midsize system. Due to its open-frame design, components are easily accessed for scheduled maintenance. A top-mounted cryopump and gate valve guard against debris falling into the assembly.

The Model 5400 is the largest thermal vacuum test system in our standard lineup, featuring a 54" diameter chamber.
